摘要:邏輯功能測試屬于核電站DCS系統測試活動的一個重要環節,現有的邏輯功能測試方法更多地是通過測試裝置或信號發生器模擬現場傳感器信號,使用維護工具人工驗證輸出結果是否符合預期。現有方法測試周期長、自動化程度低、測試效率低、人因失誤率高。本文研究了一種多樣性驅動系統(簡稱“KDS”)邏輯功能的測試方法,通過因果圖法設計標準化測試用例,使用定期試驗自動測試工具執行邏輯功能測試用例并已成功應用于實際工程項目。結合多個工程項目邏輯功能測試的實際應用經驗,證明邏輯功能自動化測試方法不僅提高了測試效率,同時降低了人因失誤率,對后續核電項目工程測試應用具有較強的參考價值。

Abstract: Logic function test is an important part of the test activities of DCS system in nuclear power plants. The existing logic function test methods tend to simulate the field sensor signals through test devices or signal generators, where maintenance tools are used to manually verify whether the output results are in line with expectations. Existing methods have the problems of long test cycle, low degree of automation, low test efficiency and high rate of human error.In this paper, a test method of logic function of diverse actuation system (" KDS "for short) is studied. Standardized test cases are designed by means of causal diagram method, and logical functional test cases are executed by means of automatic test tools, which have been successfully applied to practical projects.Combined with the practical application experience of logic function test in several engineering projects, it can be proved that the method of logic function automatic test not only improves the test efficiency, but also reduces the error rate of human factors.
