摘要:通過對煙氣中CO含量長期跟蹤監測,研究CO排放量的變化對發電煤耗的影響,并將CO含量的變化引入氧量控制邏輯,對鍋爐燃燒送風控制系統進行優化,以實現高負荷時增加送風確保送入爐膛的燃料完全燃燒;低負荷時減少送風降低送、引風機電耗的目的,有利于降低機組的發、供電煤耗。

Abstract: Through the long-term follow-up monitoring of CO content in flue gas, the impact of changes in CO emission on coal consumption of power generation was studied. The boiler combustion air supply control system is optimized by considering the change of the CO content in the oxygen amount control.When the load is high, the air supply is increased to ensure that the fuel sent to the furnace is completely burned; when the load is low, the air supply is reduced to reduce the power consumption of the feed and the draft fan. This will help reduce the coal consumption of the unit's power generator and the power supply.
