摘要:數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)是核電站的“神經(jīng)中樞”,是保證核電站安全運行的關鍵裝備之一,而核質(zhì)保體系中的配置管理是核安全級數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)研制中的重要管理環(huán)節(jié)。本文在研究國內(nèi)外法規(guī)、標準對配置管理活動要求的基礎上,提出了一套滿足核質(zhì)保要求的配置管理工作方法和最佳實踐。并針對北京廣利核系統(tǒng)工程有限公司自主知識產(chǎn)權的和睦系統(tǒng),實施了覆蓋需求、設計、實現(xiàn)、測試、安裝和運行等全生命周期的配置管理工作。公司內(nèi)部的配置管理團隊結合技術研究和實施成果,參與編寫并發(fā)布了能源行業(yè)《NB/T 20335-2015 核電廠軟件配置管理》標準,實踐證明該成果可在國內(nèi)核級數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)上廣泛推廣。

Abstract: Digital instrument control system is the "nerve center"of the nuclear power plant and one of the key equipments to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power station. The configuration management of nuclear power quality assurance system is an important management link in the development of nuclear safety level digital instrument control system. Based on the research of the requirements of foreign and domestic regulations and standards for configuration management activities,this paper proposes a set of configuration management methods and best practices to meet the requirement of nuclear power quality assurance. For the FirmSys, which is the independent intellectual property rights of digital instrument control system of CTEC, implementing lifecycle configuration management activities about requirement,development, testing, installation, operation etc. Combined with the technology research and implementation results, the configuration management team participated in drafting and releasing the energy industry standard, "NB/T 20335-2015Nuclear power plant software configuration management".The practice has proved that the results can be widely used in domestic nuclear digital instrument control systems.
