摘要:在人工智能迅速發(fā)展的背景下,人工智能技術(shù)與工業(yè)應(yīng)用融合成為趨勢(shì)。本文以自主研發(fā)的柔性智能定制化生產(chǎn)示范線為例,介紹了人工智能的感知部分如人像識(shí)別、語(yǔ)音識(shí)別、VR/AR在生產(chǎn)制造示范線上的應(yīng)用. 這些技術(shù)通過(guò)菲尼克斯開(kāi)發(fā)的PLCnext控制系統(tǒng)有機(jī)與智能機(jī)器人運(yùn)行為特征的智能下料,裝配單元結(jié)合,提升智能服務(wù)水平,由此建立了貫穿產(chǎn)品和設(shè)備全生命周期的數(shù)字孿生系統(tǒng)。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI),the integration of AI application and industry application has been a trend. This paper takes the flexible, customized product,smart manufacture demo line that was independently developed for instance, and introduces the applications in the demo line based on the sense part of artificial intelligence such as facerecognition,speech-recognition and Virtual-Reality(VR)/Augmented Reality(AR) . These applications were organically combined with the smart material unit and smart assembly unit,which were marked by the application of smart robot, through the PLCNext control system developed by PhoenixContact, the smart service was improved, and then, a Digital-Twin was built through the life of product and device.
