摘要:介紹一種簡易的發(fā)電機鐵損試驗方法,替代原始復雜的試驗方法,即接線簡單,而且操作方便。利用兩臺2000kVA汽機變壓器提供勵磁電源,由A汽機變低壓側(cè)A相用電纜接入發(fā)電機定子中間,穿過定子再接到B汽機變低壓側(cè)C相,再將A汽機變低壓側(cè)C相與B汽機變低壓側(cè)A相連起,將兩臺汽機變的低壓側(cè)串接使用;勵磁電纜選用185mm2的380V電纜,三相并聯(lián)使用,不能使用帶金屬外皮和鎧裝的電纜;用兩臺組合儀表、電流、電壓表分別測量鐵芯損耗及電流、電壓值,并用紅外熱成像儀測量鐵芯各部位溫度,定子鐵心在磁密B=1.18T時試驗90min,得到試驗數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過實際驗證,可以實施操作,證實了新方法的可行性。

Abstract:
In this paper, we introduce a simple test method for iron damage of
generator, which replaces the original complex test method, that is,
simple wiring and convenient operation. Two 2000 kVA steam Transformers
are used to provide excitation power supply. The A steam engine changes
the low-voltage side A phase cable to the middle of the generator
stator, passes through the stator, and then connects to the B steam
engine to the low-voltage side C phase. Then it connects the C-phase of
the A steam engine to the low-voltage side A of the B steam engine and
use the low-voltage side of the two steam engines. The excitation cable
uses a 185mm2 380V cable, which is used
in three-phase parallel and
it cannot use cables with metal skins and armor. The core damage and
current and voltage values are measured by two combination meters,
current and voltage meters, and the temperature of each part of the core
is measured by infrared thermal imager. The stator core tests 90 min
when the magnetic density B = 1.18 T, and the test data is obtained.
After practical verification, the operation can be carried out and the
feasibility of the new method is verified.
