摘要:管道運輸是油氣長距離運輸的主要方式。在管道運輸中,為了預防突發事件,一般都安裝有緊急切斷閥門。本文在分析現有閥門執行器工作原理和基本結構的基礎上,提出了一種電液執行器直接驅動的具有緊急切斷功能的切斷閥門新型方案。詳細闡述了該電液執行器液壓系統的工作原理并對關鍵部件進行了選型和設計計算,結論表明本電液執行器直接驅動的閥門在油氣管道能夠滿足油氣運輸中的緊急切斷工況,具有重要的推廣應用價值。

Abstract: The pipeline is the main tool for long-distance transportation of oil and gas. In the pipeline transportation system, emergency shut-off valves are generally installed to prevent emergencies. Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure of the cut-off valve actuator, this paper proposes a novel cut-off valve with an emergency shut-off function driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator directly. The working principle of the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic actuator is elaborated in detail, and the key components are selected and designed. The conclusion shows that the valve directly driven by the electro-hydraulic actuator can meet the emergency cut-off condition in oil and gas transportation, and has important application value.
