摘要:連續(xù)攪拌反應(yīng)釜CSTR廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、燃料、制藥等生產(chǎn)過程,由于其機(jī)理復(fù)雜、多變量耦合、非線性強(qiáng),CSTR過程的常規(guī)控制難于取得理想效果。本文在一類通用的CSTR非線性機(jī)理模型基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用EMPC控制策略,針對(duì)不同生產(chǎn)場景定義了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化指標(biāo)。在考慮質(zhì)量、安全等多種約束的條件下,直接基于非線性模型進(jìn)行預(yù)測和優(yōu)化,解決了CSTR過程的優(yōu)化控制問題,并在多種控制模式下驗(yàn)證了控制算法的有效性。

Abstract: CSTR is widely used in chemical, fuel, pharmaceutical and other processes. Due to its complex mechanism, multivariable coupling and strong nonlinearity, traditional control of CSTR
is difficult to achieve ideal results. In this paper, based on a general CSTR nonlinear mechanism model, Economic Model Predictive Control (EMPC) control strategy is applied to define the corresponding optimization indexes for different production scenarios. Under the condition of considering the quality, safety and other constraints, the prediction and optimization are directly based on the nonlinear model, which solves the optimization control problem of CSTR process, and verifies the effectiveness of the control algorithm under various control modes.
