摘要:在起重機(jī)起升機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行中,由于起吊重物重量不盡相同,如果電機(jī)速度控制在額定速度以下運(yùn)行,盡管安全可靠,但作業(yè)效率較低。采用弱磁調(diào)試控制可以提高電機(jī)的利用率和作業(yè)效率。最優(yōu)弱磁控制方法是通過(guò)計(jì)算起吊重物重量并以電機(jī)在該負(fù)載下最大的安全速度運(yùn)行,以最大限度提高作業(yè)效率。

Abstract: In the operation of the hoisting mechanism of crane, because the lifting weight is different every time, if the motor run as below the rated speed, although it is safe and reliable, the efficiency is low. Fluxweakening control can improve the utilization rate and efficiency of the motor. The optimal flux-weakening control method is to calculate the weight of the lifting heavy objects and run the motor at the maximum safe speed under the load so as to maximize efficiency.
