摘要:拒動率測試是驗證核電廠反應堆保護系統(RPS)拒動率指標的有效手段, 但是拒動率測試要求的測試次數龐大,采用人工測試的手段,存在執行效率低、耗費周期過長不可執行的問題。為此,本文針對拒動率指標測試要求,提出了一種采用測試裝置開展自動測試的方案,通過拒動率測試需求分析及自動測試裝置設計,建立并實現了拒動率自動測試系統,并基于ACPR1000 RPS系統對拒動率自動測試進行實踐。實踐表明,本文提出和建立的自動測試方案能有效完成拒動率指標的測試要求,大大節約了測試資源和成本,具有較大應用價值。

Abstract: Rejection rate is an important specification of nuclear power plant (NPP) reactor protection system (RPS), but the number of tests required is huge. If manual testing is used, there will be matters of low execution efficiency, long cycle and unenforceability.In this paper, a scheme of automatic test by test device is proposed.Through analysis of the test requirement of the rejection rate of RPS and the design of automatic test device, the automatic test system of rejection rate is established and realized. Based on RPS system, the automatic test system of rejection rate is practiced.Practice shows that the automatic test scheme proposed and established in this paper can effectively fulfill the test requirements of rejection rate, greatly save testing resources and costs . It has great application value.
