摘要:核電站安全顯示裝置的電阻觸摸屏和顯示屏由于某些原因會(huì)發(fā)生偏移,需要進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。但是如何對(duì)校準(zhǔn)后安全顯示裝置的精確度進(jìn)行測(cè)試,目前尚無(wú)通用的測(cè)試方法。本文根據(jù)安全顯示裝置的特性,提出了一種基于網(wǎng)格劃分區(qū)域的方法,將安全顯示裝置觸摸屏的校準(zhǔn)精確度由定量測(cè)試轉(zhuǎn)化為定性測(cè)試,最后通過(guò)圖形組態(tài)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)校準(zhǔn)精確度的測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該方法可以有效測(cè)試屏幕校準(zhǔn)精確度是否滿足設(shè)定值的要求,當(dāng)屏幕發(fā)生偏移時(shí),還可以定性分析偏移。目前,該方法已應(yīng)用于陽(yáng)江核電廠5號(hào)機(jī)組數(shù)字化保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的安全顯示裝置中,提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract: The resistance touch screen and display screen of the plant's safety display devices are offset for some reason and need to be calibrated. However, there is no general method for testing the calibrated safety display device. According to the characteristics of the safety display device, this paper proposes a method based on grid dividing area, transforming the calibration precision of the safety display device screen from quantitative test to qualitative test, and realizes the calibration precision test by means of graphic configuration. The test results show that this method can effectively test the precision of the screen calibration,when the screen is offset, it can also qualitatively analyze the offset. At present, this method has been applied to the on-line calibration test of the safety display device of the digital protection system of Unit 5 of Yangjiang Nuclear Power Plant, which improves the reliability and safety of the system.
