摘要:本文以滴灌帶生產(chǎn)線打孔單元為研究對象,闡述了基本工藝流程以及打孔工藝的控制難點(diǎn)。基于和利時(shí)MC運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器給出系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,對控制算法設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行說明。控制系統(tǒng)采用優(yōu)化的飛剪算法實(shí)現(xiàn)打孔軸運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的實(shí)時(shí)規(guī)劃,達(dá)到自動(dòng)糾偏的目的,保證系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,避免頻發(fā)的故障停機(jī)。經(jīng)測試,該控制系統(tǒng)滿足生產(chǎn)要求,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,性能提升顯著。

Abstract: Aiming at the drilling unit of drip irrigation belt production line,this paper introduces basic process and the control difficulties of the drilling control system. A control system based on Hollysys MC motion controller is proposed, and the control algorithm design is illustrated. The control system uses an optimized flying shear algorithm to realize the realtime planning of the movement trajectory of the punching shaft, achieving the goal of automatic deviation correction, ensuring the stable operation of the system, and avoiding frequent failures and shutdowns. The onsite test proved that the control system met production requirements, ran stably and reliably, and improved performance significantly.
