摘要:在起重機起升機構運行中,由于起吊重物重量不盡相同,如果電機速度控制在額定速度以下運行,盡管安全可靠,但作業效率較低。采用弱磁調試控制可以提高電機的利用率和作業效率。最優弱磁控制方法是通過計算起吊重物重量并以電機在該負載下最大的安全速度運行,以最大限度提高作業效率。

Abstract: In the operation of the hoisting mechanism of crane, because the lifting weight is different every time, if the motor run as below the rated speed, although it is safe and reliable, the efficiency is low. Fluxweakening control can improve the utilization rate and efficiency of the motor. The optimal flux-weakening control method is to calculate the weight of the lifting heavy objects and run the motor at the maximum safe speed under the load so as to maximize efficiency.
