摘要：碳纖維生產(chǎn)有兩個重要的國產(chǎn)化裝備，一頭一尾。所謂一頭指的是生產(chǎn)流程開始的地方，一尾就是結(jié)束的地方，也就是說原絲纖維從退紗機上開始，經(jīng)過碳化工藝過程，最后到卷繞機結(jié)束，退紗與卷繞這兩套裝備在整個碳纖維生產(chǎn)中起著關(guān)鍵的作用。本文著重介紹它們的控制系統(tǒng)，在國產(chǎn)碳纖維裝備發(fā)展歷程中，二者的控制系統(tǒng)由過去的初級水平到現(xiàn)在的智能化水平，是一個曲折發(fā)展的過程，從側(cè)面也能體會到我國碳纖維發(fā)展的不易與艱辛。

Abstract: There are two important domestic equipment for carbon fiber production, one end and one tail, the one end means starting of production process, the one tail means finishing of production process,in other words ,from yarn release machine to winding machine.The two sets of equipment play a pivotal role in the carbon fiber production. This paper introduces the history of controlling system.From primary level to smart level ,the development progress is winding road, from which we can also experience the hardship and difficulty of carbon fiber development in China.
