摘要:高溫氣冷堆(HTR-PM,以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng):高溫堆)核電站的固有安全性較好,系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單,具有四代核電系統(tǒng)特征。高溫堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)反應(yīng)堆的狀態(tài),在監(jiān)測(cè)到反應(yīng)堆狀態(tài)異常時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)緊急停堆功能和專(zhuān)設(shè)安全設(shè)施驅(qū)動(dòng)功能。核電站運(yùn)行期間,需要自診斷系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視保護(hù)系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),當(dāng)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生異常時(shí)進(jìn)行降級(jí)或停堆,同時(shí)發(fā)出報(bào)警,提醒維護(hù)人員及時(shí)處理,以免故障進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大。高溫氣冷堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)有其獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)要求,基于和睦(FirmSys)系統(tǒng)的高溫氣冷堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)對(duì)自診斷提出了特殊需求(如裝置狀態(tài)自診斷),在其它堆型的自診斷中未進(jìn)行類(lèi)似設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),HTR-PM保護(hù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)合和睦系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)和板卡自診斷的方案,對(duì)裝置自診斷信息先按板卡進(jìn)行分解,然后再以裝置為單位進(jìn)行組合,形成裝置自診斷狀態(tài),這種自診斷信息既可以對(duì)整個(gè)裝置的信息進(jìn)行顯示,使運(yùn)行者一目了然地了解某個(gè)裝置的狀態(tài),又可以進(jìn)行分解,確定具體故障板卡的位置。這種特殊的自診斷方案可以推廣至其它堆型上使用。基于FirmSys系統(tǒng)的高溫氣冷堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)自診斷方案已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于石島灣高溫氣冷堆保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。

Abstract: The High temperature gas cooled reactor (HTR-PM) nuclear power plant has good inherent safety, simple system, high power generation efficiency and wide application, which has been widely recognized in the world. It is one of the fourth generation advanced nuclear reactor types that can meet the needs of the energy market in the future. The high-temperature reactor protection system continuously monitors the state of the reactor, and realizes the emergency shutdown function and the special safety facility driving function when the abnormal state of the reactor is detected. During the operation of the nuclear power plant, the self-diagnosis system is required to monitor the status of the protection system in real time. When the protection system is abnormal, it will be degraded or shut down. At the same time, an alarm will be issued to remind maintenance personnel to deal with it in time to avoid further expansion of the fault. The high temperature gas cooled reactor protection system has its own unique design requirements. The high temperature gas cooled reactor protection system based on Firmsys system puts forward special requirements for self-diagnosis (such as device state self-diagnosis), which is not implemented in the self-diagnosis of other reactor types. The HTR-PM protection system combines the Design of Self-Diagnosis Scheme for Protection System of HTGR Based on FirmSyscharacteristics of Firmsys system and the scheme of board selfdiagnosis, The self-diagnosis information of the device is first decomposed according to the board card, and then combined with the device as a unit to form the self-diagnosis state of the device. This self-diagnosis information can not only display the information of the whole device, so that the operator can understand the state of a device at a glance, but also can be decomposed to determine the position of the specific fault board card. This special self-diagnosis scheme can be extended to other reactor types. The self-diagnosis scheme of HTGR protection system based on Firmsys system has been applied to the protection system of HTGR in Shidao Bay.
