摘要:為滿足核電安全級(jí)DCS產(chǎn)品的高可靠性要求,需要對(duì)部分板卡上的電子元器件進(jìn)行點(diǎn)膠加固,由于DCS板卡集成度較高,板卡布局復(fù)雜,點(diǎn)膠加固工藝通常采用手工操作。本文通過(guò)討論智能機(jī)械臂及智能視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)在有干擾的狹窄空間進(jìn)行點(diǎn)膠加固以及外觀自動(dòng)檢測(cè),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)核安全級(jí)DCS板卡元器件的點(diǎn)膠加固工藝自動(dòng)化。

Abstract: The components securing by adhesive bonding process are required for high-reliability on nuclear DCS safety-related I&C system. The process usually adopts manual operations due to the high integration of DCS and complex board layouts. This paper discusses the application of the mechanical arm and intelligent visual inspection system in a narrow space with interference, in order to realize the adhesive bonding process automation on nuclear DCS safety-related I&C system.
