摘要:電廠DCS的事件順序(SOE)記錄功能用于應(yīng)對雪崩性故障、報警信息的先后時間記錄,以便查找故障源頭。通常SOE采集設(shè)備多達(dá)上百個通道,且每個通道都能分辨至少1ms的先后順序。采用測試裝置進(jìn)行測試時,測試裝置的輸出通道應(yīng)覆蓋所有實際采集通道,且輸出的信號序列間隔要求小于1ms。目前,行業(yè)上采用定時器實現(xiàn)的信號發(fā)生器輸出通道數(shù)量有限,使用不夠靈活,且大多是針對分辨率測試的單一功能。本文提出一種基于FPGA技術(shù)實現(xiàn)的測試裝置,該裝置能夠根據(jù)需求靈活部署多達(dá)200個通道的輸出,每個通道輸出的事件序列時間都能達(dá)到微秒級的步進(jìn)調(diào)節(jié),每個通道都能進(jìn)行頻率、相位、占空比的調(diào)制輸出??蓪OE記錄時間準(zhǔn)確性的驗證,還可對DCS的負(fù)載、容量、運行壓力、開關(guān)電弧干擾等多方面的測試。

Abstract: The sequence of events (SOE) function of DCS of modem is used to record the sequence of avalanche fault and alarm information, so as to find the source of fault. Generally, there are hundreds of channels in SOE acquisition equipment, and each channel can distinguish the sequence of at least 1 millisecond. When the test device is used for testing, the output channel of the test device should cover all the actual acquisition channels, and the interval of the output signal sequence should be less than 1 millisecond. At present, the number of output channels of signal generator realized by timer is limited, and the use is not flexible enough, and most of them are for single function of resolution test. In order to solve the problem, a signal generator based on FPGA technology is proposed, which can flexibly deploy up to 200 channels of output according to the demand. The event sequence time of each channel can reach the microsecond level step adjustment, and each channel can carry out the modulation output of frequency, phase and duty cycle. It can verify the accuracy of SOE recording time, and can also test the load, capacity, operating pressure and switching arc interference of DCS.
