摘要:設備鑒定是保障核電廠設備在各類工況及相關環境下正常運行的必要技術手段,型式試驗是設備鑒定的重要驗證方法之一[1]。為了實現鑒定試驗測試的規范性、準確性,并提高測試效率,需要開發出具有通用性的自動測試裝置,其首要工作是對測試裝置的需求進行研究。本文綜合研究被測對象和試驗要求兩方面的特點,包括被測對象的接口要素及功能邏輯;鑒定試驗對測試裝置的需求,即自動化、時效性、應力適應性和環境影響性;然后將上述兩方面綜合考慮,形成總體需求。

Abstract: The equipment qualification for safety equipment of digital instrumentation and control system is important to nuclear power plants.Type test is one of important part in equipment qualification. Developing automatic test instrumentation is necessary for realizing standardization,accuracy and efficiency test. This paper comprehensively analyzes the essentials requirements of test instrumentation by combining the characteristics of equipment qualification testing and the equipment under test. The characteristics of equipment can be generalized as the characteristics of interface and logical function, the characteristics of type test can be generalized as Automation, Real-time, Susceptibility and Emissivity.
