摘要:現(xiàn)代煤化工的迅速發(fā)展,造成了工藝操作技術(shù)人員短缺。氣化爐 是煤化工的源頭工序,控制聯(lián)鎖復(fù)雜,其操作的平穩(wěn)性直接影響著整個(gè) 工廠的效益,和利時(shí)OTS仿真平臺(tái)具有工藝機(jī)理模型、任意分組、故障 演練等功能,可實(shí)現(xiàn)虛擬工廠與真實(shí)DCS操作相結(jié)合,為現(xiàn)代煤化工工 藝技術(shù)培訓(xùn)提供一體化解決方案,提升操作水平,推動(dòng)行業(yè)人才發(fā)展。

Abstract: With the rapid development of modern coal chemical industry, there is a shortage of technical personnel in process operation. The gasifier is the source process of coal chemical industry, the control interlock is complex, and its operation stability directly affects the benefit of the whole plant. Hollysys OTS simulation platform has the functions of process mechanism model, arbitrary grouping, fault drill, etc. It can combine virtual factory with real DCS operation, provide integrated solution for modern coal chemical technology training, improve operation level and promote the development of industry talents.
