摘要:電動機(jī)的弱磁控制是起重設(shè)備的一個重要核心功能。起重設(shè)備根據(jù)載荷的重量自動調(diào)節(jié)起升機(jī)構(gòu)的最大運(yùn)行速度,既能提高起重設(shè)備的運(yùn)行效率,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也能減少電動機(jī)以及變頻器的額定功率,最大限度地降低功耗。弱磁參數(shù)的測定是一個復(fù)雜的過程,本文將介紹一種相對簡單,特別是在改造過程和后期修正參數(shù)的一種簡單方法。

Abstract: Field weakening control of motor is an important core function of crane. According to the weight of the load, the crane hoist axis can automatically calculate the maximum lifting speed of the lifting mechanism, which can not only improve the operation efficiency, increase the economic benefits, but also reduce the rated power of the motor and frequency converter, and minimize the power consumption. The measurement of field weakening parameters is a complex process. This paper introduces a relatively simple method, especially in the transformation process and later correction of parameters.
