摘要:核電非安全級通訊站是核電非安全級DCS系統中的重要設備,其主要作用是完成核電DCS系統和其他設備或系統的數據通信。為提高通訊站的可靠性,在實際應用中通常配置為主從冗余運行模式。數據冗余同步和主從仲裁是設計中所面臨的關鍵問題之一。本文以某核電站DCS系統通訊站為對象,提出了一種基于雙千兆以太網的主從冗余通信方法。基于該方法,核電非安全級通訊站可以同機柜或分機柜配置為雙機冗余運行模式,并保持通訊站主從數據周期同步,大大提高了通訊站的部署靈活性和可靠性。通過某核電站實踐證明,該方法具有通信效率高、穩定性好的特點。該方法對通用DCS系統類似設備冗余同步設計開發亦有很大的參考和技術借鑒意義。

Abstract: Data redundancy synchronization and master-slave arbitration is one of the key problems in the design of nuclear power non safety level communication station. In this paper, a masterslave redundant communication method based on double Gigabit Ethernet is proposed for a nuclear power plant DCS system level 1 communication station. Based on this method, the nuclear power non safety communication station can be configured with the same cabinet or sub cabinet as the dual machine redundant operation mode, and keep the master-slave data cycle synchronization of the communication station, greatly improving the flexibility and reliability of the communication station deployment. The practice of a nuclear power plant proves that this method has the characteristics of high communication efficiency and good stability. This method also has great reference and technical significance for the design and development of redundancy synchronization of similar equipment in general DCS system.
