摘要:核電廠數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)根據(jù)標準要求需要對內存進行診斷。為了 解決物理內存地址操作問題,提高內存診斷覆蓋率,并提升診斷效率, 設計了一種基于實時操作系統(tǒng)的內存診斷方法。采用March C-算法,診 斷范圍可覆蓋全部內存,在不影響操作系統(tǒng)中其他進程執(zhí)行的情況下, 能夠快速、安全地檢測內存。該方法已經(jīng)應用在防城港核電廠3# 、4#機 組的事故后監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)中,對我國后續(xù)核電廠數(shù)字化儀控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)具有 借鑒和指導意義。

Abstract: The digital I&C system of nuclear power plant needs to diagnose the memory according to the requirements of the standard. In order to solve the problem of physical memory address operation, improve the memory diagnosis coverage, and improve the diagnosis efficiency, a memory diagnosis method based on real-time operating system is designed. Using the March C- algorithm,the diagnosis range can cover all the memory, and the memory can be tested quickly and safely without affecting the operation of other application software in the operating system. This method has been applied to the postaccident monitoring system of Fangchenggang nuclear power plant No.3 and No.4 units, and has reference and guiding significance for the development of my country's subsequent nuclear power plant I&C system.
