摘要:核電站DCS儀控設備的電氣接線工藝方法較多,其中最常見的連接工藝為螺釘緊固方式。其緊固力矩不僅保證了設備之間電氣連接的可靠性,還可實現(xiàn)連接導線拆、接操作維護的方便性,但也存在螺釘緊固力矩應力釋放,以及旋松或旋緊操作造成螺釘擰花、溢扣、斷裂等質(zhì)量問題。因此,對核電站DCS儀控設備電氣端接采用直插式彈簧連接工藝方法進行了研究,報告了直插式彈簧連接工藝在核電站DCS儀控設備電氣端接中的應用現(xiàn)狀;按照核安全法規(guī)對安全級物項制造工藝過程控制要求,對電氣端接連接質(zhì)量的可靠性進行了影響分析,通過測試驗證的方式,證明了直插式彈簧連接工藝的可靠性。直插式彈簧連接工藝相較于螺釘緊固操作,更為簡單、易于控制,不僅能規(guī)避螺釘緊固連接的質(zhì)量問題,還可提高接線操作效率,提出了直插式彈簧連接工藝在核電站安全級DCS儀控設備電氣端接中應用的建議。

Abstract: There are many electrical wiring process methods for DCS instrumentation and controlling device in nuclear power plants, among which the most common connection process is screw fastening. The fastening torque not only ensures the reliability of the electrical connection between equipment, but also realizes the convenience of operation and maintenance of disconnection and connection of connecting wires. However, there are also quality problems, such as the stress release of the screw tightening torque, and the screw to twist, overflow, break caused by tightening or loosening operation. Therefore, the use of in-line spring connection technology for the electrical termination of DCS instrument and controlling device in nuclear power plants is studied, and the application status of the in-line spring connection process in the electrical termination of DCS instrument and control equipment in nuclear power plants is reported. Therefore, the use of in-line spring connection technology for the electrical termination of DCS instrument and controlling device in nuclear power plants is studied, the application status of the in-line spring connection process in the electrical termination of DCS instrument and control equipment in nuclear power plants is reported, and controlling requirements of safety level items, the reliability of the electrical termination connection quality is analyzed in accordance with the nuclear safety regulations on the manufacturing process. The Test verification proved the reliability of in-line spring connection process. Compared with the screw fastening operation, the in-line connection spring connection process is simpler and easier to control. It can not only avoid the quality problems of screw fastening connection, but also improve the efficiency of wiring operation. Finally, we propose the suggestions on the application of in-line spring connection technology in the electrical termination of safety-level DCS instrumentation and control equipment in nuclear power plants
