摘要:張家口熱電公司2號機(jī)組五臺給煤機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)已投運(yùn)十年之久,板件逐漸老化,故障率高。此外,原給煤機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)程序固化在存儲器中無法查看,故障發(fā)生后無法準(zhǔn)確判斷。針對這些問題,對給煤機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級改造。本文通過對其改造過程及投運(yùn)后出現(xiàn)的問題、解決方法進(jìn)行闡述。結(jié)果表明給煤機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,完全達(dá)到了預(yù)期的升級改造效果。

Abstract: The control system of five coal feeders of No. 300MW unit ofZhangjiakou Thermal Power Company has been put into operationfor ten years, the plates are gradually aging, and the failure rate ishigh. In addition, the original Coal Feeder Control System programsolidified in the memory cannot be seen after the failure cannot beaccurately judged. In view of these problems, the control system of coalfeeder is upgraded. In this paper, the problems and solutions after thetransformation process and put into operation are described. The resultsshow that the coal feeder control system runs stably and achieves theexpected upgrading effect.
