摘要:張家口熱電公司2號機組五臺給煤機控制系統已投運十年之久,板件逐漸老化,故障率高。此外,原給煤機控制系統程序固化在存儲器中無法查看,故障發生后無法準確判斷。針對這些問題,對給煤機的控制系統進行升級改造。本文通過對其改造過程及投運后出現的問題、解決方法進行闡述。結果表明給煤機控制系統運行穩定,完全達到了預期的升級改造效果。

Abstract: The control system of five coal feeders of No. 300MW unit ofZhangjiakou Thermal Power Company has been put into operationfor ten years, the plates are gradually aging, and the failure rate ishigh. In addition, the original Coal Feeder Control System programsolidified in the memory cannot be seen after the failure cannot beaccurately judged. In view of these problems, the control system of coalfeeder is upgraded. In this paper, the problems and solutions after thetransformation process and put into operation are described. The resultsshow that the coal feeder control system runs stably and achieves theexpected upgrading effect.
