摘要:加氫裝置中反應器各個床層的溫度對于工藝流程監控至關重要。同時,加氫裝置內具備高溫、高壓、高腐蝕性的特點,溫度測量成為裝置運行平穩的關鍵因素。本文從加氫裝置溫度測量的高要求出發,介紹了柔性多點溫度計的三維布局特點,并提出了高溫環境下防止氫氣泄漏的安全腔室設計方案。最后,通過應用現場的實際案例證明了該方案的可實施性。

Abstract: Temperature measurement on different beds of reactorin hydrogenation device is crucial for whole process monitoring. Atthe same time, application in filed means high temperature, highpressure and high corrosion for measurement devices, thermometerbecomes the key factor to run the operation smoothly. Based on thetough requirement of temperature measurement in device, this paperintroduces three-dimensional layout characteristics of flexible multipointthermometer, and the special design of second chamber to preventhydrogen leakage in high temperature environment. Finally, the practicalcase of the application site proves the feasibility of the scheme.
