摘要：工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為新型基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)我國(guó)“十四五”重點(diǎn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)具 有重要促進(jìn)作用。本文綜合多種現(xiàn)有理論，構(gòu)建了以企業(yè)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)為中 心的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)分析模型，包括目標(biāo)、要素、約束環(huán)境、主體及演化 機(jī)制等；進(jìn)一步分析工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)及產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的范圍、形 式及影響機(jī)制；在工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)上，提出了數(shù)字生態(tài)系統(tǒng)相關(guān)概念及 運(yùn)行機(jī)制；然后重點(diǎn)分析了工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)與數(shù)字生態(tài)相互 作用機(jī)制，以及對(duì)“十四五”規(guī)劃目標(biāo)的支撐促進(jìn)作用。本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)生 態(tài)及數(shù)字生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型為切入點(diǎn)，明確工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作用，分析其內(nèi)部運(yùn) 行機(jī)制，以期為推動(dòng)我國(guó)“十四五”規(guī)劃的穩(wěn)步實(shí)現(xiàn)提供理論參考。

Abstract: As a new type of infrastructure, industrial Internet plays an important role in promoting the key development goals of the 14th FiveYear Plan. Based on a variety of existing theories, this paper constructs an analysis model of industrial ecosystem with enterprises and their industries as the center, including objectives, factors, constraint environment, subjects and evolution mechanism; Further analyze the scope, form and influence mechanism of industrial Internet to realize enterprise and industry digital transformation; On the basis of industrial Internet, the concept and operation mechanism of digital ecosystem are proposed; Then it focuses on the interaction mechanism between industrial ecology and digital ecology on the basis of industrial Internet, as well as the support and promotion of the 14th Five-Year Plan. This paper takes industrial ecosystem and digital ecosystem model as the breakthrough point, clarifies the role of industrial Internet, analyzes its internal operation mechanism, in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the steady realization of China's 14th Five-Year Plan.
