摘要:軸流式壓氣機(jī)性能分析通常采用氣路分析方法或?qū)嶒?yàn)方法進(jìn)行研究,但是以北京某燃機(jī)電廠為例,機(jī)組大多在部分負(fù)荷下工作,因此采用數(shù)學(xué)模型法難以準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)壓氣機(jī)的性能。本文提出基于運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng),折合到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工況下,進(jìn)行修正出力和熱耗率的計(jì)算,獲得壓氣機(jī)的狀態(tài)。同時(shí)基于進(jìn)氣端顆粒物濃度監(jiān)測(cè)裝置,計(jì)算壓氣機(jī)吸塵量和顆粒物分布,結(jié)合已有文獻(xiàn)中CFD仿真結(jié)果,建立壓氣機(jī)性能分析方法,從而對(duì)壓氣機(jī)的健康狀態(tài)進(jìn)行全面評(píng)估。

Abstract:Axial compressor performance analysis is usually carried out by gas path analysis method or experimental method. However, taking a gas turbine power plant in Beijing as an example, most of the units work under partial load, so it is difficult to accurately predict compressor performance using mathematical model methods. This paper proposes to calculate the corrected output and heat rate based on the operating data drive, converted to the standard operating conditions, and obtain the compressor state. At the same time, based on the particulate matter concentration monitoring device at the intake end, the compressor dust absorption and particulate matter distribution are calculated. Combined with the CFD simulation results in the existing literature, a compressor performance analysis method is established to comprehensively evaluate the health status of the compressor.
