摘要:本文結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),以聚丙烯裝置反應(yīng)物料中氫組分檢測(cè)為例,簡要介紹工業(yè)色譜儀的選型、過程分析取樣、預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用特點(diǎn),并詳細(xì)地描述了色譜分析系統(tǒng)的選型及設(shè)計(jì)思路,提出了典型的過程分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、組成及安裝注意事項(xiàng),為今后其它裝置過程分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、升級(jí)及改造提供借鑒意義。

Abstract: By taking the hydrogen composition measurement in reactant of polypropylene plant as the example and combing the practical application with the applied experience, this paper aims to introduce briefly the lectotype of industrial chromatograph, the sampling of analysis process, and the design and application characteristics of pretreatment system. The paper also describes the lectotype of industrial chromatograph and design ideas, and proposes the design and installation considerations of a typical process analysis system. In addition, it provides a reference for the design, upgrade and modification of process analysis system for other projects in the future.
