摘要:本文首先提出了一種試探式預(yù)測(cè)控制算法,可方便地對(duì)非線性被控過(guò)程實(shí)施預(yù)測(cè)控制。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)SCR脫硝過(guò)程具有明顯非線性及控制作用受限的特點(diǎn),提出了基于試探式預(yù)測(cè)控制技術(shù)的火電機(jī)組SCR脫硝優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng),實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,新型的SCR脫硝優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)不僅有效地減小了NOx的波動(dòng)量,而且有效減少了氨氣使用量,確保了SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。

Abstract: a new tentative predictive control (TPC) algorithm is proposed in the paper, which is easy to be implemented for non-linear controlled process. Furthermore, according to nonlinear features and limited control action of SCR denitration process, a new SCR denitration optimization control system with tentative predictive control technology is presented. Practical application shows that this new control system reduces both the fluctuation of NOx amount and the requirement of ammonia,and assures the stability and economy of the SCR denitration system.
