摘要:本文針對國內火電行業大型燃煤機組,無法發揮現場總線技術優勢,提高熱控設備的檢修維護效率、實現設備狀態檢修等問題,從系統設備的施工安裝、通信質量監測、基礎參數遠程調整,到最終的臺賬建立、故障預警和數據統計分析,設計出一套完整的技術應用方案,解決了現場總線技術在大型燃煤火電機組的深度應用問題,實現了熱控設備遠程維護、故障診斷及預測維護等功能,為推廣現場總線技術應用提供了重要借鑒。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large coal-fired units in domestic thermal power industry, such as the lack of fieldbus technology advantages, the improvement of maintenance efficiency of thermal control equipment and the realization of condition-based maintenance of equipment, this paper designs a complete set of technical applications from the construction and installation of system equipment, communication quality monitoring, remote adjustment of basic parameters, to the final account establishment, early fault warning and data statistical analysis. The scheme solves the deep application problem of Fieldbus Technology in large coal-fired thermal power units,achieves the functions of remote maintenance, fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance of thermal control equipment, and provides an important reference for popularizing the application of Fieldbus technology.
