摘要:天然氣站場(chǎng)供電廠流調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有下游機(jī)組負(fù)荷大、工況變化復(fù)雜、反應(yīng)時(shí)間短等特點(diǎn),傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)控模式在發(fā)生調(diào)節(jié)故障、閥門異動(dòng)等情況時(shí),無(wú)法及時(shí)預(yù)警與干預(yù),容易導(dǎo)致機(jī)組甩負(fù)荷甚至跳機(jī)。通過(guò)對(duì)供電廠支路的流調(diào)系統(tǒng)模型研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)供氣狀態(tài)分析與及時(shí)預(yù)警,提高供氣穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract: The flow regulation system of power supply plant in natural gas station has the features of high load of the downstream units, complex working conditions and short response time, etc.The traditional monitoring mode might contribute to unit load rejection when occurring regulating fault and valve unusual action,due to its failing to pre-warn and intervene in time. By investigating the flow regulation system model of the branch road of power plant, the analysis of air supply's condition and pre-warn are realized, which makes the stability of air supply raised.
