摘要:企業(yè)實施智能制造的基礎是打破信息孤島,實現(xiàn)設備的互聯(lián)互通,在現(xiàn)有的工廠中,往往存在不同型號、不同年代的設備,在新的工廠建設中設備通信接口類型多,協(xié)議復雜成為凸顯的問題,本文介紹了基于和利時新一代的SCADA系統(tǒng)在機械加工行業(yè)的一個典型應用,將現(xiàn)場多個車間多個產(chǎn)線的不同設備和系統(tǒng)通過不同的通信方式集成在了統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)平臺,為實現(xiàn)透明化的生產(chǎn)管理提供了基礎保障。

Abstract: The basis for enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing is to solve the problem of information island and realize the interconnection of equipment. There are often different types and different generations of equipment in the existing factories while there are many types of equipment communication interfaces, and the complexity of protocols has become a prominent problem in the new factory construction.This paper introduces a new generation of SCADA based on Hollysys, which is a typical application in the machining industry. It integrates different equipment and systems of multiple production lines in multiple workshops into a unified data platform through different communication methods. The platform provides a basic guarantee for transparent production management.
