摘要:本文提出了一種全新的聚合反應(yīng)釜溫度控制算法,用于解決實際生產(chǎn)過程中反應(yīng)釜溫度具有的純滯后、大慣性、多變量耦合等特點。考慮冷卻水管網(wǎng)壓力、冷卻水溫度和進(jìn)料流量等多個變量對反應(yīng)釜溫度的影響,建立更加準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行控制,控制效果更加精確。基于該算法的聚合反應(yīng)釜溫度控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)開發(fā)成功,并在實際聚合反應(yīng)釜生產(chǎn)上投入使用,取得了比較滿意的控制效果,驗證了該算法的有效性。

Abstract: This paper presents a new temperature control algorithm for polymerization reactor, which is used to solve the puzzle of long delay, great inertia and multi variable system. Considering the influence of many variables such as the pipe pressure of cooling water, the temperature of cooling water and the feed flow rate on the temperature of reaction reactor, a more accurate mathematical model is established.An algorithm of the temperature control system of polymerization reactor has been developed successfully, and it has been applied in the operation of polymerization reactors. We have achieved satisfactory control effect, which verified the effectiveness of the algorithm.
