摘要:杭州和利時(shí)自動(dòng)化有限公司在DCS項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,根據(jù)用戶提供的項(xiàng)目I/O清單、P&ID圖、控制邏輯等設(shè)計(jì)輸入資料,采用基于CREO三維軟件平臺(tái)自主研發(fā)的設(shè)計(jì)工具,實(shí)現(xiàn)I/O清單自動(dòng)生成正確性識(shí)別、通道分配、備用量統(tǒng)計(jì)、設(shè)備BOM、布線CAD布置圖、組態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、I/O測(cè)試表、通道接線表、成套線纜加工表、設(shè)備標(biāo)簽標(biāo)等功能。該設(shè)計(jì)工具提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率和質(zhì)量,也為下游的線纜加工機(jī)械化、智能化、信息化帶來(lái)可能,在和利時(shí)控制系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)中廣泛應(yīng)用。

Abstract: In the process of DCS project engineering design,according to the project IO lists, P&ID diagram, control logic and other designing input data provided by users, Hangzhou HollySys Automation Co., Ltd., adopts the independent developed research based on CREO 3D software platform design tools to realize the automatic generation of IO list correctness identification, automatic sub-stations, equipment backup statistics, automatic generation of equipment BOM, automatic generation of wiring CAD layout,automatic generation of configuration database, automatic generation of IO test table, automatic generation of channel wiring table, complete cable processing table, equipment label and other functions. This design process improves design efficiency and quality, and also brings possibility for the downstream cable processing mechanization, intelligentization, informatization and so on, which is widely used in the projective design of HollySys DCS.
