摘要:隨著TSN技術越來越受歡迎,目前常用的工業總線網絡都已經計劃或實現把TSN技術應用到自身底層協議中。其中,CLPA作為最早基于TSN技術推出CC-Link IE TSN工業總線網絡的協會,已經把該技術應用到實際生產中。本文主要以鋰電行業后段設備的疊片機為例,介紹其工藝流程及技術難點,針對目前需求分析了CC-Link IE TSN網絡的優勢以及技術難點。

Abstract: With the popularity of TSN technology, the commonly usedindustrial bus network has planned or implemented the application ofTSN technology to its own underlying protocols. Among them, CLPA,as the earliest association to launch the CC-Link IE TSN industrial busnetwork based on TSN technology, has applied the technology toactual production. This paper mainly takes the stacker of the back-endequipment of the lithium battery industry as an example to introduceits process flow and technical difficulties, and analyzes the advantagesand technical difficulties of the CC-Link IE TSN network for current demand.
