摘要:本文針對鼓風機喘振現象,提出了基于PLC控制器的鼓風機防喘振控制系統。根據鼓風機的喘振特性曲線,分析喘振現象發生的原因及主要因素,通過PID調節來控制鼓風機的運行狀態,使鼓風機的工作點處于安全區域。該系統采用和利時LK大型PLC設計,通過計算鼓風機的運行參數,對防喘閥進行實時調節,避免喘振的發生,從而提高設備的使用壽命,保證了污水處理廠的穩定運行。

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of blower surge, this paper proposes a blower anti-surge control system based on PLC controller. According to the surge characteristic curve of the blower, the causes and main factors of the surge phenomenon are analyzed. The operation state of the blower is controlled by PID adjustment, so that the working point of the blower is in a safe area. The system adopts Hollysys LK PLC design. According to the calculation of the operating parameters of the blower, the anti-surge valve is adjusted in real time to avoid the occurrence of surge, so as to increase the service life of the equipment and ensuring the stable operation of the sewage treatment plant.
