摘要:為保證“華龍一號”核電機組可靠、穩定、經濟運行,應對DCS非安全級功能合理、優化分配,本文研究了“華龍一號”核電機組DCS系統非安全級功能分配的影響因素和原則,提出了自上而下的層次化功能分配模型,保證冗余功能獨立性的同時兼顧功能的關聯性,減少處理器間依賴性和接口信號的數量,確保DCS系統負荷均衡配置,最終降低DCS故障對核電廠可用性的影響。

Abstract: Optimizing allocation of non-safety DCS functions is critical to ensure the reliability, stability, and cost-effectiveness of the Hualong One nuclear power plant operation. In this paper, influencing factors and decision criteria of allocating non-safety DCS functions are analyzed and discussed. A top-to-bottom hierarchical allocation model is proposed to balance the independence while taking into account the relevance of functions, reduce the interdependence of processors as well as data exchanges, and evenly distribute workloads in a DCS, which ultimately reduces the impact on the availability of a nuclear power plant in case of a DCS failure.
