摘要:燃煤機組目前多采用還原劑進行煙氣進行脫硝,存在氨逃逸的現(xiàn)象,導致硫酸氫氨的形成。硫酸氫銨在空預器的低溫區(qū)域會液化,受低熱值、高灰分煤的影響,造成空預器的局部堵塞。空預器局部堵塞會導致鍋爐燃燒特性變化,體現(xiàn)在爐膛負壓跟隨變化。空預器利用蒸汽吹灰,較好地消除空預器積灰。本文以吹灰器周期與空預器的轉(zhuǎn)速偏差分析,以吹灰壓力進行分解計算,驗證空預器堵塞現(xiàn)象和解決方案。

Abstract: At present, reducing agent is often used in flue gas denitrification of coal-fired units, which leads to the formation of ammonia bisulfate. Ammonium bisulfate will be liquid in the low temperature area of air preheater, which will lead to blockage of air preheater due to the influence of low calorific value and high ash coal. The local blockage of air preheater will lead to the change of boiler combustion characteristics, which is reflected in the change of furnace negative pressure. The ash deposition of air preheater can be eliminated by steam soot blowing. In this paper, the cycle period of soot blower and the speed deviation of air preheater, and the soot blowing pressure are used for decomposition calculation to verify the blockage phenomenon and solution of air preheater.
