摘要:在油田開采原油過程中,掌握實時的油、氣、水三相的流量,不僅為油田制定和調整開采方案、優化生產參數提供了重要依據,而且對于油田的生產管理、油氣集輸、延長油氣井壽命、提高采收率等都具有重要意義。目前,針對三相流量計在多井間倒井計量系統環節多操作繁瑣、自動化程度低的問題,本文提出了一種三相流量計自動倒井一體化裝置。該裝置不僅可以實時采集流量數據并上報中控室,而且可以實現井場多口油井間的自動倒井計量,并將計量的每口油井數據上報中控室,從而實現計量間的自動化無人值守,提高生產效率。

Abstract: In the process of oil production, the real-time flow of oil, gas and water not only provides an important basis for the formulation and adjustment of the production plan and the optimization of production parameters, but also has great significance for the production management, oil and gas gathering and transportation, prolonging the life of oil and gas wells and improving oil recovery. At present, aiming at the problems of many links, complicated operation and low degree of automation of three-phase flowmeter in multi-well metering system, this paper proposes a three-phase flowmeter automatic switch well integration device. The device can not only collect the flow data in real time and report to central control room, but also realize the automatics witch well metering among multiple wells on the well site, and report the measured data of each well to central control room, so as to realize the automatic unattended metering room and improve the production efficiency.
