摘要：加氫裝置中反應(yīng)器各個(gè)床層的溫度對(duì)于工藝流程監(jiān)控至關(guān)重要。同時(shí)，加氫裝置內(nèi)具備高溫、高壓、高腐蝕性的特點(diǎn)，溫度測量成為裝置運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)的關(guān)鍵因素。本文從加氫裝置溫度測量的高要求出發(fā)，介紹了柔性多點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)的三維布局特點(diǎn)，并提出了高溫環(huán)境下防止氫氣泄漏的安全腔室設(shè)計(jì)方案。最后，通過應(yīng)用現(xiàn)場的實(shí)際案例證明了該方案的可實(shí)施性。

Abstract: Temperature measurement on different beds of reactorin hydrogenation device is crucial for whole process monitoring. Atthe same time, application in filed means high temperature, highpressure and high corrosion for measurement devices, thermometerbecomes the key factor to run the operation smoothly. Based on thetough requirement of temperature measurement in device, this paperintroduces three-dimensional layout characteristics of flexible multipointthermometer, and the special design of second chamber to preventhydrogen leakage in high temperature environment. Finally, the practicalcase of the application site proves the feasibility of the scheme.
